• Remove dust, fingerprints and moisture before storing.

• Clean occasionally with clean water and dry immediately using a soft cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach or abrasive cleaners.

Avoid Chemicals

Keep jewellery away from perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics, lotions, hairsprays, detergents and household cleaning products.

When to Remove Jewellery

Remove your jewellery before swimming,
bathing, exercising, sleeping, or doing household work to minimise scratches
and tarnishing.

Storage

Store each piece separately in the MY
JEWELS jewellery box. Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Natural Tarnishing

925 sterling silver may naturally tarnish
over time due to exposure to air, moisture, sweat and certain chemicals. This is normal and does not indicate poor quality.

Maintenance Services

MY JEWELS may offer selected maintenance services such as professional cleaning, polishing, stone resetting and limited ring resizing. Service availability depends on the product and inspection by our team. All service charges and applicable shipping costs will be communicated for your approval before servicing.
