Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within India unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment verification. Made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is generally completed within 5–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be shared by SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Secure Delivery

For high-value shipments, identity verification may be requested before delivery. Orders may be delivered only to the named recipient where required for security and insurance purposes.

Transit Insurance

Eligible shipments remain insured during transit until delivery.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, report it immediately to the delivery partner and contact MY JEWELS on the same day with supporting photos or videos.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, repeated absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
